Submission Information
All post-approval submissions must be completed through ERM Applications.
The forms and documents required for post-approval submissions will depend on type of submission.

Submission Requirements
Post-approval submissions are to be submitted electronically via ERM Applications unless otherwise specified.
Click here for HREC submission deadlines and meeting dates for 2025. Post approval submissions are due by the Agenda Closure Deadline.
You will be advised through ERM if further information is required.
Fees
Fees are not applicable for review of Low Risk post-approval submissions.
Notification of Review Outcome
The outcome of the HREC review will be sent via ERM by the Office for Research within 7 days of the meeting.
Research amendments must not be implemented until notification of approval has been received.
